Some things are a bit different than others. Have a look at what you can expect:

EASY CHECK-IN

At Revier there is no conventional check-in required. Prior to arrival you will receive a request to complete an online check-in. Your room number and access code are automatically sent to you via SMS / email. Your room is ready at 16:00 pm. In case you would like to check in at 12 noon you may book an early check-in for CHF 30.

CHECK-OUT

All good things eventually come to an end. We kindly ask you to leave your room latest at 11:00 am or book a late check-out in advance. Here you have two options to choose from: "Late Check-out" until 14:00 pm for CHF 30 or "Super Late Check-out" until 17:00 pm for CHF 50. An official check-out is not required, simply leave the room and come say bye to us if you like.

ROOM CLEANING

With us you only pay what you really need. So that we can keep our prices low, we skip daily room cleaning. Should you require your room to be cleaned, we of course offer this service at a surcharge of CHF 30 from the second night onwards. The final cleaning is included your room rate. Hand- and shower towels are available in all rooms.

CREDIT CARDS

In order to make a booking, you will need to have a valid Mastercard or Visa credit card. In our restaurant or for walk-in bookings we as well accept Maestro and Postfinance.

WIFI

A speedy internet connection can be found throughout the hotel - just connect to our "Revier" network and surf until you drop.

GREEN REVIER

We take care to our environment and pay attention to sustainability. The Revier Hotels participate in the "Swisstainable" program for sustainable tourism in the highest category and are also certified with the international "Green Key" label.

PARKING

You can book a parking in the underground parking of the hotel for CHF 18 per night with your reservation. In Adelboden we have an underground car park, which is only accessible via a car lift. Drive comfortably into the car lift and wait for it to take you to the right floor. The height of the lift is 2.10 metre.

BIKER & SKIER

We have a secured and video-monitored bike- and ski room as well as a bike washing station. Please contact the sport shop for rentals and repairs.

CHARGING STATION

Multiple charging stations for e-mobility is located in the underground parking of the hotel. A pre reservation is not required.

We like it simple. Thus we address all our guests with the informal "Du" in German. That does not mean that we do not appreciate you - in fact we do very much. If you do not like that, simply inform us.

WE LOVE KIDS

Although we do not have cots, children are very welcome. Up to and including 5 years old, they stay in your bed for free and pay nothing for breakfast. We charge CHF 45.00 per night for an extra bed. Up to and including the age of 11 we grant a discount of 50% on breakfast. Children under the age of 6 are exempt from the tourist tax. From the age of 6, children pay 50% of the tourist tax and from the age of 16 the full tourist tax of CHF 4.20. Children up to the age of 15 are exempt from the additional cantonal lodging tax.

OUR GANG

Don't you worry, our Staff, aka. Gang Members, are always around to support the check-in process should you have not completed the online check-in. In general, our Gang Members are always happy to answer any questions that might come up.

Pets

In the summer season, with the exception of the Family Cabin, dogs are allowed in all room categories for an additional charge of CHF 20 per night. Dogs are always welcome in the restaurant.
